    Services are provided on a booking basis, and we strive to meet the individual needs of you and your pets. Availability may vary based on location and demand.

  3. 3. Client Responsibilities

    As a client, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information about your pet(s), including health conditions, dietary needs, temperament, and special care instructions.
    • Ensure your pet is up-to-date on all vaccinations, flea/tick prevention, and other necessary treatments.
    • Notify us of any behavioral issues or risks associated with your pet, including aggression or anxiety, to ensure the safety of both the pet sitter and your pet.
    • Provide sufficient food, medication, and any other supplies necessary for the care of your pet(s) during the duration of the service.
    • Grant access to your property at agreed-upon times for in-home pet care or dog walking services.
  4. 4. Booking and Payment Terms

    Booking Process: You can request services through our website, phone, or email. Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation with service details.

    Payment: Payment for services must be made in full prior to the commencement of the booked service unless otherwise arranged. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or other approved payment methods listed on our website.

    Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled service, a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost may be charged.

  5. 5. Pricing and Fees

    Service rates are listed on our website and are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, but any price changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed. Additional charges may apply for last-minute bookings, holiday services, or services provided outside of our regular service areas.

    6. Pet Health and Safety

    Your pet’s health and safety are our top priority. Central Coast Pet Sitters provides professional, caring services, but we rely on the information you provide to ensure your pet’s well-being. You agree to:

    • Inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special care needs your pet may have.
    • Ensure your pet has access to clean water and a safe, comfortable environment during the service.
    • Allow Central Coast Pet Sitters to seek veterinary care for your pet in case of an emergency, at your expense, if we cannot reach you in a timely manner.

    7. Liability

    While we take great care in providing our services, Central Coast Pet Sitters is not liable for:

    • Any pre-existing medical conditions or health issues affecting your pet.
    • Injury, illness, or death of your pet due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, accidents, or sudden illness).
    • Damage to your property caused by your pet during the provision of services. You agree to release Central Coast Pet Sitters from any liability related to these situations and assume responsibility for your pet's actions during the service.

    8. Emergency Situations

    In the event of an emergency involving your pet, Central Coast Pet Sitters will make every effort to contact you immediately. If we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care for your pet and make decisions in the best interest of the pet’s health and safety. You agree to cover any expenses incurred for veterinary care in such situations.

    9. Client Conduct

    You agree to treat Central Coast Pet Sitters employees, contractors, and pet sitters with respect and professionalism. Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of services.

    10. Privacy

    We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal and pet information responsibly. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

    11. Modifications to Terms of Service

    Central Coast Pet Sitters reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Revised” date. Your continued use of our website or services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

    12. Termination of Services

    We reserve the right to terminate services if we feel the conditions provided for the pet or the pet's behavior pose a risk to the pet sitter, other pets, or our ability to provide a safe service. You will be notified immediately if we decide to terminate the service for these reasons.

    13. Dispute Resolution

    In the event of a dispute related to these terms or the services provided, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us. If the issue cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue resolution through mediation or small claims court in the relevant jurisdiction.

    14. Governing Law

    These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
