Vet Appointments

For a Vet visit we will collect your pet from your home and take them to their appointment on time. We will remain at the Vet until they are finished and then we will bring them home again. 

We charge an hourly rate of $59ph from the time we get to your home to pick up your pet to the time we return after the Vet visit. If the Vet appointment is for a surgery we won't remain at the Vet and only charge for the pick up and drop off times with a  minimum charge of 1hr. All payments for the Vet services must be made directly with the Vet.

Groomer Visits

For a Groomer visit we will collect your pet from your home for their Grooming appointment. We will liaise with the Groomer and come back when they are finished to take them home.

We charge an hourly rate of $59ph from the time we get to your home to pick up your pet. As Groomer appointments are usually long we won't stay and wait and will come back later to pick them up when they are finished. We will only charge for the pick up and drop off times with a minimum charge of 1hr. All Groomer charges must be paid directly.

Doggy Day Care

If you have a Doggy Day Care that requires you to drop off and pick up we can do that for you. We can schedule these times with you and the Day Care and look after everything for you.

We charge an hourly rate of $59ph from the time we get to your home to pick up your pet for their day at Doggy Day Care. We will drop them off safely and go back later to pick them up when they are ready to go home. We will only charge for the pick up and drop off times with a minimum charge of 1hr. All Doggy Day Care charges must be paid directly.
